1.Quantity

This questions often comes to you. How many pieces you will quote Or what’s the order quantity?

Because the quantity will determinate the cost, especially the labor cost. Because the more quantity you order, the workman operating cost will be lower. You can image that workman have to change the materials or moulds every 10-20 minutes within one day working.

2.Wire Or Cable Materials

This is another important factor. When you select wires or cables, it will be better to be same standard , brand and type as possible, such as UL certificated wire or cable. If your want special wire or cable materials, it will be a huge cost when first to start this project.

3.Orignal or Substitute

Some connectors or terminals can be original or substitute as you choice. Original connectors or contacts parts will be at high cost while substitute at lower cost. Also the original parts will be with a longer lead time.

4.Termination Way

Common termination way for wire or cables is crimping, splicing, soldering and overmolded. Different ways has different labor cost. The overmolded way will need the moulds first before working, which means the high moulds cost first prepaid before your project starts. Please consider it when making decision.
