How to make wiring without drawing
To be frank, it will be the best if you can provide us the wiring drawing for our offer and then it will be much easier for to make samples based on the drawing. If not, we still have some other ways to fix this issue.
Here is our standard processing ways based on our previous working experience as follows.
- Physical samples
If you don’t have drawing or even if you can’t design it with CAD software, It will be ok for us if you have a physical sample to send us for quotation. Thus we can easily confirm all parts for your wiring kits by our engineers.
2.Photos
Even if you don’t have physical wiring samples, just some of photos will be better for us to understand what kind of wiring harness you will need. Then we can make it or offer our quotation if we confirm the wiring layout and wire specs, length etc.
3.Excel file
Some of our customers will drawing the electrical wiring diagram in Excel files for what they need. Just like this, left connectors with model parts no. and the right connectors is same information. Wire length, gauge and connection way for both connectors.
4.Simple handmade Drafts
Handmade drafts just like the above Excel files will be ok for us. You need note the connectors manufacturer with part no., wire or cable specs, connectors pins wiring way and other wiring accessories such as heat-shrinking tube, branded tubing, ties etc.
