Yes, we will send samples for our customer’s quality test. But the samples courier fee will be undertaken by customers.
The samples fee will be fully refunded after the bulk order is confirmed.
You can send us drawing or samples with quote quantity for our quotation. Also we can offer it if you can send us photos but with details information such as wire or cables and connector etc.
If we use equivalent parts, we will discuss with our customers first with datasheet. Then we will go for quotation after customers accept and approval within 3-4 working days.
We accept most internationally accepted payment methods.
We accept PayPal payment for samples fee and very small orders.
For the relatively large amount of money, we still recommend bank T/T wire transfer payments.

We will take a rigorous inspection and continuous electrical conduction test before the product shipment.
After you have received the goods, if you find a problematic product, please provide a picture or video evidence. We will send you a replacement or refund at the first time.
We will offer the goods weight and CBM before goods shipment. And we can offer the shipment cost fee by Sea, Air and Express for our customers assessment and you can prepaid it in our side if the fee is ok.
